Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination. Our Travel Expert will attempt to get in touch with you within 24-hours after the booking has been confirmed for baggage addition. Please ensure that baggage requirements are given to our Travel Expert latest by 5 days before the date of departure. Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 4:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early checkin, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel. In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category. Kindly be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. Most countries are quite strict about following a schedule. The package price does not include special dinner or mandatory charges at time levied by the hotels especially during New Year and Christmas or any special occasions. Touropick Holidays shall try to communicate the same while booking the package. However Touropick Holidays may not have this information readily available all the time. For queries regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Cancellation Policy. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi. For any paid activity which is non-operational due to any unforeseen reason, we will process refund & same should reach the guest within 30 days of processing the refund. Also, for any activity which is complimentary and not charged to MMT & guest, no refund will be processed. The hotels mentioned are tentative and indicative of the hotel category The actual hotel offered Seating arrangement in the bus will be first come first serve. The coach size will vary based on the number of passengers. This can be a 15-seater/25-seater/30-seater/55-seater. For van tours below 15 passengers, we will have a Driver who will act as a Tour leader. In case the group size is 15 or less, all breakfast and dinner will be on the set menu (no buffet) and will be brought to the table. We request the passengers follow the guidelines of the restaurant. For the comfort of all passengers, we request passengers to travel light (recommended luggage: One carry-on and One International size suitcase). Hotels will ask for a Credit card at the time of check-in towards incidentals. The hotel usually puts a hold on the CC and this hold will be released if no expenses are incurred. It usually takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks for the charge to disappear on the Credit statement. Make sure to get a Zero statement balance from the hotel. If paying cash to the front desk, please make sure to collect the same before checking out. Touropick Holidays is not liable for any damages caused by customers to hotels, coaches, or anywhere while on tour. In the event that a customer damages hotel property, Touropick Holidays disclaims all responsibility for any fees assessed to the customer, as well as any additional fees assessed for using the room's minibar or for any other costs not specifically mentioned in the vacation package TCS Conditions As per section 206CCA of Income Tax Act 1961, w.e.f. 01-Jul-21 onwards, TCS will be charged @10% on overseas tour packages in case you have not filed your income tax returns for two preceding years; and the aggregate TDS and TCS is each tax year is INR 50,000 or more. On validating the PAN if it is found that you have not filed your Income Tax Returns for two preceding years and aggregate TCS and TCS exceeds INR 50,000, an additional TCS @5% will be recovered from you or booking will get cancelled and cancellation charges will apply
