Booking Policy: 30% Advance payment on booking confirmation. ( flight payment Full If Flight Included) 50% remaining payment After Receive Confirm Hotel Booking 20% remaining payment Before 10 Days date of Arrival Date Cancellation Policy: A transfer from one tour to another prior to the departure of the originally booked tour will be treated as a cancellation of the original tour and would attract the cancellation charges as stated here under and a fresh booking would have to be made at the prevalent rates. Refunds if any for amendments and / or cancellation will be paid directly to the client for Page 6 of 8 booking made directly with Travel Factory. For booking routed through our Preferred Sales Agent (PSA) or Travel agent of the client, the refunds will be routed through them. Refund will be processed within 45 working days from the date of cancellation. No interest charges shall be payable on the amount. Travel Factory shall not liable where the delay in refund is due to reasons beyond Travel Factory's reasonable control. There is no refund payable for any unutilized services (e.g. Meals, Entrance Fees, Optional Tour, Hotel, Sightseeing etc). Cancellation terms: 70% Refund when cancellation is made under to 45 days or more. 50% Refund when cancellation is made between 44-31 days of departure. 25% Refund when cancellation is made between 30-11 days of departure. No Refund when cancellation is made 10 days prior to the date of departure. No Refund in case of No Show. Misbehave: In case of any misbehaviour or ill statement made by the client to the Sales Agent, Travel Factory has all the rights to terminate the client's services.

Important Note: The above given cost is calculated on the basis of the selected hotels and base or mentioned category of rooms. In case Rooms in the above said hotels are not available at the time of booking then we will offer similar category hotel and the costing is subject to change as per the rates & availability of rooms. Please note that this is our offer letter and we are not holding any rooms in the above said hotel as of now. We will process the booking upon your receipt of your confirmation. Page 7 of 8 In case Travel Factory becomes aware of any change in the brochure details due to reasons beyond Travel Fatory’s reasonable control before the departure for the domestic tour, Travel Fatory will take all reasonable steps to notify the client of the change before the departure for tour. In the event of Travel Fatory becoming aware of the changes post the departure to the tour, in such a situation Travel Fatory’s agent or tour guide will take reasonable steps to inform the client about the change at the contact details provided at the time of booking. Travel Fatory shall not be liable for any change made in the brochure due to reasons beyond its control. Some specific terms and conditions are mentioned against the respective tour itinerary in the brochure/website. Those terms and conditions shall also form part of these booking terms and conditions.
